On se retrouve dès le lundi 13 février 2012 après nos 6 semaines de fermeture annuelle (il faut bien donner un peu de congés à tout le monde!…et aussi voyager pour s’inspirer, revenir plein de nouvelles idées et vous en faire profiter à notre retour! hihi)

Spécial de ce midi  de la cheffe: “pain” de légumes rôtis et pois chiches, cuit au four, avec son coulis de tomates au basilic bio, accompagné d’une petite salade maison. Bon appétit!

Notre fameux ” sandwich déjeuner” (oeuf biologique, fromage cheddar fort, laitue, tomate, mayo) est servi sur un pain biologique aux graines germées de la boulangerie Première Moisson de Montréal. Il peut être servi avec des fruits frais biologiques à la demande. Bon appétit!
